Corona virus update from about2bounce
We want to reassure and address our customers on the steps we are taking to prevent the spread of corona virus
The health and well being of ourselves and our customers is our main priority
These are the steps we are taking to keep everyone safe whilst being able to provide you with a great service
- Any bouncy castle or equipment hired will be for use in a private and securely fenced off domestic garden or inside a hall venue
- No rule on the amount of people, however we will still not complete your booking if you’ve been told to self isolate or if you are awaiting a test result. If you feel generally unwell but are negative from covid please let us know so we can distance ourselves to avoid catching any bugs
- If you’ve been told to self isolate for whatever reason and your booking is within the isolation time you must either change your booking date or you may cancel but the £25 cancellation fee applies, this will either be held from your received payment or invoiced to you to pay online. - you may only move your booking once during peak season (may-sep) still applies ,updated 12/8/21
- All equipment Hired outside will only be set up on real grass and must have adequate space as instructed on each castle page always applies
- We will not hire to any household that has shown symptoms in the last 7 days or been around someone who has tested positive in the last 7 days, this includes self isolating due to being in contact with a positive person, even if you feel well. Still applies updated 12/8/21
- Our delivery access must be outside and clear from trip hazards and obstructions via side gate, driveway, front garden etc, we cannot and will not go into or through the house. MINIMUM OF 3FT WIDE IS NEEDED for bouncy castles/slide combos and 4ft for the obstacle course/adult castles always applies
- All bookings are to be made via the online booking form where you can pay in advance and sign the online disclaimer. Cash payments are not advisable but are accepted, disclaimers will be signed on your behalf.
- If you do not have an outside socket you will need to plug in your own extension lead and hang it out of a window/door etc. We cannot come into your house to plug ours in. Rule still applies, updated 12/8/21
- The customer is still liable for the supervision and safe play of all users. Any safety instructions will be given to you before we leave. ALWAYS APPLIES
We will wear face masks for any booking inside a venue that requires them or where space is limited and we feel at risk.
All equipment will be disinfected whilst cleaning before every hire
If you cannot adhere to these rules we cannot allow you to book with us. We reserve the right to refuse setup if we turn up and believe our measures are not being met or we feel you are putting us at risk.
We are constantly monitoring the advise set by the government and will adapt rules to suit guidance given as and when they come into effect.
As always our bookings are always subject to weather conditions and we will still be abiding by the regulations set by hse.
Any bookings needing to reschedule are you do so within 6 months, any payment received will be forfeited if you fail to do so.
Any bookings paid for in full or deposit made that cannot go ahead due to covid will be held and moved to another date within 6 months, rules above apply, cancellation fees apply still applies updated 12/8/21
