Do you offer overnight hire for bouncy castles?

Yes, we do! 🎉 Overnight hire is available for an additional £40 on top of the day's hire price. The best part? We only charge one overnight fee per booking, no matter how many items you hire! We’ll pick up the bouncy castle the next morning, depending on our schedule for the day.


What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver bouncy castles, soft play, and inflatables all across Norwich and Norfolk with NR postcodes. 🌍 Delivery fees vary depending on where you’re located, so just give us a shout for more details.


Do I need power?

Yep! 🔌 We supply extension leads with all our bouncy castles and inflatables, but we do need access to a power source (no generators, please).


Is there anything I need to do before booking?

Absolutely! 🧐 Make sure to check that the bouncy castle or inflatable will fit perfectly in your desired location. It’s your responsibility to ensure there’s enough space and height clearance. Not sure? No worries – feel free to Contact Us, and we’ll help you out!


Do you set up the bouncy castle?

Of course! 🎈 We’ll take care of setting up your bouncy castle at your specified location, making sure it’s a safe area. Setup usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes for garden hires and a little longer for events.


Can the bouncy castle go on concrete or artificial grass?

Sorry, we can’t set up on concrete or artificial grass 🚫. We need to peg down the castle for safety, and these surfaces don’t allow for that.


Can I use my inflatable inside or outside?

Absolutely! 🌟 All our bouncy castles and inflatables are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as long as there’s enough space for a bouncing good time.


I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

We get it, plans change! 🤷‍♀️ You can cancel at any time, but just keep in mind that we don’t issue refunds. Instead, we’ll hold onto the balance and move it over to another booking within 11 months.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Usually, no deposit is required! 🎉 However, for wedding hires or larger packages, we may ask for a deposit or full payment to secure your booking.


Can I book last minute?

Definitely! 🕒 Just give us a call at 07393 929 838, as our online booking system requires 48 hours notice for smooth sailing.


What is your latest collection time?

Standard hires are collected by 6 pm ⏰, but if you need it a bit later, no worries – there’s an extra charge for collections after 6 pm, starting at £15.


How many people can go on the bouncy castle?

It all depends on the castle you hire. 🏰 Feel free to Contact Us, and we’ll help you pick the perfect bouncy castle for your needs!


Can I tip the delivery driver?

Yes, you absolutely can! 💸 If you feel the driver has delivered outstanding service, a tip is always appreciated! They’ll keep any tips earned, and leaving a review on our social media pages or Google would mean the world to us!


Do I need to prepare anything before you deliver the bouncy castle?

Yep! 🤩 Make sure the access is clear for setup, and that the area is free of dog foul. Also, try not to cut your grass within 48 hours of your booking – we want the setup to be perfect!
