Delivery and collection times

Here at About2Bounce Inflatable Hire, we're all about bringing the fun to your event, no matter where you are in Norfolk. Here's the lowdown on our delivery and collection timings to keep your celebration running smoothly:

Flexibility & Seasons: From October to March, we're all about indoor setups. But when the sun's shining from May to September, we're out in the gardens, adding that extra sparkle to your outdoor bash. Just a heads-up, we can't promise specific time slots during peak season, but if you've got a special venue booked, give us a shout, and we'll work our magic to fit you in.

Delivery & Collection Times: While your party might be gearing up later in the day, our delivery heroes could be on their way bright and early, starting from 8-9 am. Collections usually roll around between 4-7 pm, but if you're keen to keep the fun going, we've got options for overnight hires or late collections with a small fee.

Considerations for Booking: Before you lock in your party time, keep our delivery details in mind. Deliveries typically happen between 8-12 am (a tad earlier for distant spots), and collections are usually scheduled from 4-7 pm (again, earlier for faraway areas).

Early Delivery & Collection: If you're in certain postcodes like NR11 or NR23, expect our arrival a bit earlier (6.30-8 am) to accommodate the travel time.

We've got a heads-up for those in the following postcodes (NR11, NR16, and so on) We are based in Norwich anything over 20 miles could expect an early delivery and collection – deliveries and collections might swing by a bit earlier than expected due to longer travel times. But hey, we're here to keep the party rolling!

Please plan ahead when booking your bouncy castle to sync up with our delivery and collection schedules. Your understanding ensures smooth sailing for all involved.

Just a friendly reminder: our priority is to make your event epic! During peak times, venues get first dibs on timing. And if you're in one of those postcodes or need a venue setup, shoot us a message before booking online to double-check our availability.

We've got plenty of warnings in place about early arrivals, so while we're all about making your day awesome, we can't offer discounts or refunds if our timings don't sync up perfectly with your plans. We're in this together, and we're stoked to make your event one to remember!
