We take safety and professionalism seriously. Here's what you can expect when booking with us:

• All inflatables are PIPA tested and tagged

• All electrical equipment is PAT tested

• We hold £5 million public liability insurance

• Our team are RPII-certified inflatable operators

• We maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and care

All our equipment is pipa tested annually which we can provided test certificates to your chosen venue if required. If your venue requires insurance documentation, just let us know in advance and provide an email address. We'll also have a copy with us on the day. Risk assessments are carried out onsite if needed we can also supply a generic risk assessment before your chosen date.

❗ Please note: Due to staffing and insurance limitations, we cannot provide attendants to supervise equipment at wedding venues.

💡 Important Booking Information

• Wedding bookings are by appointment only – due to high demand and unique wedding schedules, we need to confirm availability manually.

• Please Do not use our online booking system for weddings – instead, use our contact form or email us at:

  Please include your wedding date, location, required times, and your preferred inflatable or game.

💳 Payment & Damage Deposit

• Full payment is required at the time of booking

• A £50 refundable damage deposit applies to all wedding hires
  This will be returned within 14 days after collection, providing no damage has occurred and our terms & conditions were followed.
  If damage exceeds £50, we will invoice the additional cost.

⏰ Venue Hire Guidelines

• Maximum collection time is 8 PM

• Overnight hire is not available at venues

• Overnight hire in domestic gardens is only available for adult-suitable inflatables
